An extraordinary day^^

Early in the morning, Ms Yeo gave us a key of success. It’s a secret code that can open the door of succeed. Actually I heard about this method of study before during my high school, but I do not link them with a creative way. This is one of the way for our learning. For my case, I do need to study in this kind of environment and I’ve chosen the right place, ie HELP University College. As I mentioned last week, I’m a temporary primary school teacher before I joined this program. Ms Yeo’s creative learning skills are what I’m looking for to teach the kids to love more on the subjects.

Oh yes, let’s go back to the secret code again. It’s very simple. If you were to open this door of succeed, u just need to bear in mind that this digits, they are 10, 24 and 7. I guess most of us will surely feel weird on these digits. It’s quite a weird combination but actually it’s not well, 10 minutes to review what the lecturer taught after the class, revise in 24 hours can make you understand and memorize well, and get back to the notes in one week time, ie 7days to refresh what had been taught by the lecturer last week. So, these codes are really very essential on study no matter in what field of study we are. Thank you Ms Yeo for sharing this with us.

We did a self-assessment on our personality and behaviors during the lecture. It’s a very fun and interesting one. I’m agree and satisfy with the assessment because it really true on me. After completing this assessment, I have a clearer idea and option on what I can specialize in future. I can see that my potential is more to social work and that’s what I wanted to be in future. This is so cool. At least I knew that what can I really do and I’ll look into those careers in my group, ie the ‘S’ group in details.

Besides that, one of our course mate, Jeevi read out her Career Journal as a reference for us. She wrote it very well. I can get some hints and ideas from her reading. I can say that I get more guideline on how to complete this career journal after she read out hers. Thank you Jeevi for sharing with us. That day, we take the same bus and I manage to talk to her. She told me that this is the first time she stands in front of the crowd. She was very scared and worried the time she went on stage. Well, I told her that she did very well as this was her first time for public speaking. We chitchat a lot on our way to Bangsar LRT.

Once I reached home, I switch on my computer and go to read Jeevi’s blog. She’s really very efficient, I can read her new post around 6p.m. I can say that she’s a hardworking girl too. Well, Jeevi’ll be my role modal because of her good personality and learning attitudes. I manage to do mine as well after that. As the sayings goes by, ‘ How you do anything is how you do everything’. We must do the things correctly so that we can get the correct outcome. It’s true. So, as a conclusion, if we have a passion to do something, just go ahead and we will succeed one day.
